Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to the Arrest of Five Individuals
 
On Wednesday April 3rd, 2019 at approximately 7:07 p.m., Detectives from the Lower Township Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on a silver Ford Escape in the 1500 block of Bayshore Rd. in the Villas section of the Township.
 
Five male subjects occupied the vehicle. The driver, identified as Osmond R. Garrison, a 31 year old, unemployed male from the Villas, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia including a hypodermic needle. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of all occupants of the vehicle for narcotics related offenses.    
 
Osmond R. Garrison was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, both disorderly persons offenses.
 
Bryan Leonard, a 39 year old restaurant worker from North Cape May was charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance – Schedule III a 3rd degree crime as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense.
 
Gregory Calfina, a 38 year old unemployed male from the Villas was charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance – Schedule III a 3rd degree crime as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense..
 
William H. Lowe, a 34 year old unemployed male from Erma was charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance – Schedule III a 3rd degree crime and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense.
 
David Lambert, a 39 year old unemployed male from North Cape May was charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance – Schedule III a 3rd degree crime as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, both disorderly persons offenses.
 
All five subjects were transported to Lower Township Police Headquarters for processing. At the conclusion of processing, Osmond R. Garrison, Bryan Leonard, Gregory Calfina and William H. Lowe were released on summonses pending further adjudication in court. David Lambert was transported to, and lodged in, the Cape May County Correctional Facility, awaiting a detention hearing.
