Synopsis: A 28 year old male victim was walking at 800 Garnet Ave when he saw a fight between a Hispanic male suspect and black female. The victim tried to break up the fight when the suspect and victim began to fight each other. There was a black male standing near by who was a friend of the Hispanic male suspect. He came over and started to fight also. The victim was kneed in the face and stabbed twice in the abdomen. The victim was not sure which of the males stabbed him. The victim only could add the Hispanic male suspect had a tattoo on his face. The police drove through the area and all parties separated. The police were unaware of any crimes. The victim went home and that is when he discovered he had been stabbed. He went to the hospital for his injuries which are non life threatening. San Diego Police Northern Division Detectives are investigating.
