The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Freeze
Warning, which is in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM CDT Sunday. The
Freeze Watch is no longer in effect.


* TEMPERATURE...28 to 32.


* TIMING...Early morning Sunday and again early Monday.


* IMPACTS...Sensitive vegetation may be susceptible to damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
