Women wakes up to find an unknown man in her kitchen, subject arrested for residential burglary.

LOCATION: 10200 Block of 24th St.
SUSPECT: Phillip Martinez, 37-years-old, resident of Rancho Cucamonga
SUMMARY:
On Friday, March 29, 2019 at 4:30 a.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department received a call regarding a burglary in progress. The victim reported hearing noises in her kitchen and got up to check, believing it was her husband. As she made her way through the house, she saw an unknown male, later identified as Phillip Martinez, standing by her dining room table. Deputies arrived and began searching the area and located Martinez hiding under a blanket in a vehicle parked nearby. Martinez was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
