IMPD North District Detectives arrest former Bishop Chatard High School Student for Intimidation
INCIDENT TYPE: Perceived Threats Against a High School
INCIDENT LOCATION: 5885 Crittenden Ave.
INDIANAPOLIS- On March 26 2019, members of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) North District served a search warrant at the home of 20-year-old Hunter Woolever in connection with perceived threats against Bishop Chatard High School. Mr. Woolever was taken into custody and later arrested by North District Detectives.
IMPD North District officers and detectives took swift action upon receiving the report of threats, proactively arresting the suspect to prevent any potential violence that may have harmed the students, teachers, or families of Bishop Chatard High School. The IMPD takes seriously all threats of violence, including those made on social media, and we will continue to aggressively investigate any threat of harm to the people we proudly serve."
A copy of the Probable Cause Affidavit will be on file with The Marion County Prosecutors Office.
