* WIND...Southwest wind 55 to 65 mph with gusts up to 80 mph.
* TIMING...Late tonight through early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris and may damage property.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CENTRAL ALEUTIANS
