Sporadic issues with a trunk line connecting to 9-1-1 today. Calls transfer to backup number/no calls have been lost 
At approximately 12:30 p.m. today, a technical issue with a CenturyLink trunk line that connects Verizon customers to Sheriff's Office 9-1-1 was identified. No 9-1-1 call have been lost, as the alternate 9-1-1 trunk line and the backup plan—which automatically transfers calls to a non-emergency dispatch number—are both working. CenturyLink and Verizon are addressing the issue.
