MBMS 
Two weeks ago, an incident occurred at MBMS. The schools immediately notified the OCSO, and we have worked jointly with the schools on this matter.
Over the past two days, the Sheriff's Office has fielded a number of calls regarding this matter. While parents are rightfully concerned, much of the information that is being purported about the incident and developments since then simply is not correct.
We have no reason to believe that there is a credible or ongoing threat to MBMS.
In response to concerns of parents, the Sheriff's Office had two deputies on scene this morning at MBMS. Some parents have been very happy to see us; some of have taken this as a sign that there really must be a threat. Again, we have no reason to believe that there is a credible or ongoing threat to MBMS.
