Dear Community Members,

Community Lead Officers John Deer and Marco Lemus focus much of their time and effort finding solutions to assist both the homeless and those on the verge of becoming homeless. Last year’s homeless donation drive exceeded our expectations, and we thank you. This year, we would like to assist a local food pantry in our great city.

The Community Alliance to Support and Empower (CASE) is a locally organized and operated agency that assists the needy by providing access to a food pantry. Pantry items directly assist El Segundo residents who are facing financial difficulties and could use a little help. Some of the items needed include:

Canned foods
Dry foods
Condiments (mustard, ketchup, dressings, etc...)
Personal hygiene items – toothpaste/brush, shampoo, deodorant, toilet paper, soap
Laundry detergent
Dish soap

If you would like to donate any of the above items, please drop them off at the El Segundo Police Department (348 Main Street). We will have a donation box located in the main lobby from March 20-April 5, 2019.
