Synopsis: A 67 year old female, driving a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser was driving Northbound at 5000 Campanile Dr. A 35 year old male, driving a 2010 Ford F150 was driving Southbound 5000 Campanile Dr. For an unknown reason the female driver drifted to the left, over the double yellow line and struck the male driver head-on. The female driver was transported to a local Hospital and treated for an open fracture to her right ankle and a fracture with dislocation to her left ankle. Alcohol is not considered a factor. SDPD Traffic Division will be handling.
