Update: Frontier reports 217 land lines previously down in Edray have been restored as of 1pm 
March 20th - Pocahontas Homeland Security and Emergency Management report that the affected 217 phone landlines that were out of service in Edray, north of Marlinton, have been restored per information received from Frontier Communications.
