Two suspects steal keys from a U-Haul business & return later and steal a truck - both are arrested for vehicle theft

Location: 34000 block of Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa
Suspect: Angela Lombardo, 43 years old, Transient
Joshua Fortner, 28 years old, Transient
Summary:
On March 18, 2019, Lombardo and Fortner came into the U-Haul business at the above location and inquired about renting a vehicle. While the business owner was distracted, they stole keys to a vehicle and left. The business owner did not notice the keys missing, and later the suspects returned to the business and stole a U-Haul truck.
On March 19, 2019, Lombardo and Fortner were located by the Redlands Police Department in the stolen vehicle. Both were arrested without incident and the stolen vehicle was returned to the owner. Lombardo and Fortner were booked at Central Detention Center on vehicle theft charges and are being held on $50,000 bail.
