NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT

Construction is currently scheduled to begin on Kirkwood Place on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 and will continue through approximately the end of March 2019 between the area of Personette Street and Forest Avenue.

Except for emergencies, all work on Kirkwood Place will be performed between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, WEATHER PERMITTING. Depending upon conditions, some work may be required on Saturdays. No parking will be allowed on Kirkwood Place during the aforementioned time period and area of operation.

Kirkwood Place will be closed to vehicular traffic during the construction for any and all traffic. If you need to leave your residence during the construction, please do so before 7:30 AM. If you need to leave your residence after 7:30 AM, please park your vehicle the night before on one of the surrounding side streets.

Overnight parking will be allowed on all side streets surrounding Kirkwood Place in the area of construction. (i.e. Forest Avenue, Personette Street, Cooks Lot) except for when snow is forecasted.

You will have uninterrupted night and weekend access to your homes and driveways. Any questions can be directed to the Caldwell Police Department at (973) 226-2600.
