Deputies arrest Bastian Sanchez for Commercial Burglary after a witness reports suspicious activity

SUSPECT: Bastian Sanchez, 26 years old, resident of Needles
VICTIM: St. Vincent De Paul
SUMMARY:
On Monday, March 18, 2019 at 11:15 p.m. a witness called Needles Police after seeing a subject climb into the fenced in donation area of St. Vincent De Paul's, Front Street location. Deputies arrived and located Bastian Sanchez in the area and in possession of stolen property that deputies determined were stolen from the thrift store.
Sanchez was arrested for Commercial Burglary and booked into the Colorado River Jail with bail set at $25,000.00. The stolen property was returned to St Vincent's Thrift Store.
