The following update is to NIXLEs sent out on 1-25-2019 and 3-7-2019.
On 03/15/2019, Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division responded to the area of 537 Rock Road Rutherfordton, North Carolina in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a business. While deputies were responding, the vehicle left the business. Deputies located the suspicious vehicle and conduct a traffic stop. The driver, David Clarence Boyd was identified as being one of the two males captured on video surveillance during two previous breaking and entering’s from the same location.
On 03/15/2019, David Clarence Boyd from Black Mountain was arrested on (2) Breaking and Entering, (2) Larceny after Break/Enter, (1) Possession of Burglary Tools, and (1) Driving While Larceny Revoked.
David Clarence Boyd is in the Rutherford County Detention Center under a $100,500.00 bond
On 03/15/2019, warrants have been issued for John Patrick Connolly from Black Mountain for (1) Breaking and Entering, (1) Larceny after Break/Enter, and (1) Possession of Burglary Tools.
