3/16 – 6:38 p.m. - Police handed a minor traffic crash on the parking lot of Circle K, #1 West Washington Street. A driver of one of the involved vehicles, Carmelo S. Torres age 33 of Belleville, was arrested on an outstanding Madison County traffic warrant.
