APACHE MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 
March 18, 2019 – OSBI agents arrested 63-year-old Dave Olen Carter of Apache, Oklahoma on Friday. Carter was arrested for possession of child pornography. He was transported to the Caddo County Jail by the Apache Police Department where he was booked. He was taken into custody at his home in Apache without incident.
