Janesville Police arrest local resident for 7th offense Operating While Intoxicated. 
On 3/17/19 at 12:32 AM Pharon J. Voegeli was stopped in the area of Milton Ave and Mt. Zion Street for failing to stop at a stop sign. Upon coming to a stop Voegeli exited the vehicle, and began running away from the officer. After a short foot pursuit Voegeli was taken into custody after an officer deployed his Taser to stop Voegeli's resistance.
Voegeli displayed signs of intoxication, refused Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and continued his resistive behavior. Voegeli was arrested for 7th offense operating while intoxicated, and held at the Rock County Jail.
