PennDOT District 11 is announcing the closure of westbound US 422 at Route 168 interchange in Taylor Township, Lawrence County.
Due to a bridge construction issue on the Route 168 bridge over US 422, PennDOT has closed westbound US 422 until structural engineers can inspect the bridge, assess damages and schedule any necessary repairs. Traffic will be detoured.
Posted Detours
Westbound US 422
• Motorists will exit at the Route 168 Moravia Street exit
• Turn right onto northbound Route 168
• Route 168 becomes Route 18
• Turn left onto Route 224 (West Falls Street)
• Follow to the I-376/US 422 interchange
• End detour
No restrictions will occur on eastbound US 422 and Route 168.
