* AT 452 PM CDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER LOCUST FORK,
  OR 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CLEVELAND, MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
