2 right lanes eastbound PCH, CA Incline to McClure Tunnel, closed today until 1PM 
The two right lanes on eastbound PCH in Santa Monica, from the California Incline to the McClure Tunnel, are closed until 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, as Southern California Edison (SCE) continues emergency work to repair a vault damaged in a traffic accident on February 27 when bedrock was cracked and seawater flooded the area.
SCE contractors will fill a sink hole and repair the damaged vault with concrete, and place steel plates in the roadway.
Motorists should allow extra time for significant delays or use alternate routes, if possible.
