Sustained onshore winds of near 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots has prompted an areawide Wind Advisory across southeastern Texas through 11 AM CDT. The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM CDT this morning.
