* WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* TIMING...Through the day Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. These winds could also lift and move trash cans, lawn furniture, and other loose outdoor objects.
