#040 Warrant Service and Possession of Methamphetamine
FTO Manrique and Officer Spencer conducted a vehicle stop on Robin and Ladner.  One of the occupants a 32 y/o man was found to have several warrants and possession of methamphetamine.  The man was arrested and booked at the FPD Jail.

#003 Warrant Service
Officer Ramirez conducted a vehicle stop at Washington and Osgood where he contacted the driver a37 y/o man and discovered he had a no cite warrant for DUI.  The man is arrested and booked into the FPD Jail.

#005 Collision
Officer Davis and Officer Lobue responded to a roll-over crash at Thornton and Coronado.  The vehicle sheared off a light pole that landed in the middle of Thornton Avenue.  Bear electric was called out for the light pole and units were tied up on scene for an hour and a half in order to clear the debris.

#011 Trespassing
A reporting party called regarding a subject refusing to leave a property in the 4300 block of Auto Mall Pkwy near the pool and restroom.  A woman was contacted, issued a trespass notice, and escorted off of the property.

#011 Auto Burglary
500 block of Old Canyon Rd – Unknown suspect(s) smashed a window out on a parked vehicle and stole electronic items.  The burglary occurred during early morning hours.

#017 Grand Theft
5900 block of Stewart Ave – The victim called to report several subjects stole her personal belongings while they were at a local hotel sometime during the night.  Officer San Luis is investigating.

#024 Gun Call/Brandishing  
Officers are dispatched to the parking lot of Food Maxx on Fremont Blvd for a report of a man with a gun.  Witnesses reported seeing the man openly displaying the handgun in a nearby restaurant and manipulating the slide.  One caller saw the male load the gun and walk out of the restaurant towards the grocery store.  Officers located the man and held him at gunpoint until additional officers arrived to assist.  The man was taken into custody and a small BB gun was found in his possession.  The male, a 46 year old, was positively identified and arrested for brandishing. 

#002 DUI and Drunk in Public Arrest
Officer Trzewieczynski was patrolling in the area of Stevenson and Blacow when he saw a vehicle traveling eastbound on Stevenson and swerving across several lanes of traffic.  Officer Trzewieczynski initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver and his passenger.   Both the driver, a 38 year old man and the passenger, a 42 year old woman, were found to be severely intoxicated.  The driver was subsequently arrested for DUI and the passenger was arrested for drunk in public. 

#040 Possession of a Controlled Substance
Officers were dispatched to the area of Mowry and Guardino for a suspicious circumstance.  Officers contacted a 32 year old man and found that he was on probation for a controlled substance.  A search of his person yielded several grams of Heroin.  The man was arrested. 

#003 Trespassing
Officer Davis and Officer Soper were dispatched to Whole Foods on the report of a transient  who refused to leave the store.  The 56 year old man refused to leave the store after being ordered to by the officers.  He was subsequently arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest, and probation violation.  He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.

#036 Violation of a Court Order
A well-known transient was banging on the reporting party’s front door.  The man had a stay away order from the reporting party.  Officer Ramirez and Officer Paiva contacted the suspect and arrested him for violating the court order.  Case investigated by Officer Ramirez.
