Alternating lane closures on Topanga, PCH to Grand View - Mon & Tues, Mar 11-12, 8AM-4PM 
Caltrans announced a closure of Topanga Cyn Blvd between PCH and Grand View Dr for Monday and Tuesday, March 11-12, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Crews will alternate closing the northbound and southbound lane of Topanga Cyn Blvd, just south of Grand View Dr. One-way traffic control measures will be in place during the closure time.
All work is weather permitting and subject to change. Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes. The town of Topanga will remain open to motorists.
The work is part of an emergency contract to stabilize the slope and make roadway repairs on Topanga Cyn Blvd following several mud and rock slides that have occurred on the hillsides of Topanga Cyn in recent months that caused full closures of the highway.
