Wind Advisory until 04:00PM Sunday

The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 8 AM this morning to 4 PM EDT this afternoon. HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* Southwest wind will quickly strengthen between 5AM and 8AM this morning. Sustained wind of 20 to 30 mph will then gust to 40 to 45 mph through 4PM.

* Peak wind gusts are forecast to occur between 11 AM this morning and 3PM this afternoon. IMPACTS...

* Downed tree limbs and power lines are possible and may lead to isolated power outages.

* Hazardous driving for high profile vehicles.

* Unsecured light outdoor objects will be blown around.
