The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CST this morning.

* WINDS...South winds at 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less.

* TIMING...Dense fog until 10 am this morning. Windy conditions develop from 10 am this morning through 6 pm this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OBION ... HENRY ... WEAKLEY ... CRAIGHEAD ... CLAY ... GIBSON ... PEMISCOT ... DYER ... MISSISSIPPI ... CARROLL ... BENTON ... GREENE ... POINSETT ... LAKE ... DUNKLIN
