The Easton Police Department is issuing an advisory in relation to a possible public utility scam attempt in the College Hill area.

The Easton Police Department has received several complaints about two individuals knocking on doors in the College Hill area.  The individuals are stating that they work for the utility company or MetEd and they are asking suspicious questions. These two males are not presenting credentials or ID cards.  One of the  males is described as Asian or Hispanic, dark hair, thin mustache, slender build.  The second male is black with an orange dyed afro hairstyle.  Both males are said to be between 18 and 25 years of age.  The police department would like to identify these two people.  If anyone witnesses these individuals they are asked to call the non-emergecny number (610-759-2200) and request an officer to the residence or the area.  Please provide an address and direction of travel, if possible.
