Traffic accident on US 278 near Squire Pope Road. Road is clear, but traffic is moving slow. 
A short time ago, there was a traffic accident involving three vehicles with minor injuries on eastbound US 278 near Squire Pope Road/Betty P Lane. The vehicles have since moved to the median and the road is clear. Currently, traffic entering Hilton Head Island is moving slow. Thank you for your patience.
