BCSO is seeking assistance in identifying the above pictured individuals in reference to Financial Transaction Card Fraud. On 3-4-19 around 0700 the male and female used stolen credit cards to purchase over $1,500 in gift cards and other items at the Kroger on Hilton Head. The male is described as a black male, approximately 5’8” to 6 feet tall, wearing a black hat and a black and white long sleeve shirt. The female is a black female wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and is around 5’6” tall.
