WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Wind chill values of -5 to -10 expected.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From Midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could result in
hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Dress in layers and
cover any exposed skin. Do not wait for a school bus or other
transportation in an exposed location Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
