Wind Chill Advisory until 12:00PM

Wind chills of 20 to 35 below are expected to gradually improve by noon as air temperatures moderate. In the meantime, wind chills in this range can produce frostbite in as little as 30 minutes. If possible, try to limit your exposure to the cold weather. Be sure to wear several layers of clothing and cover all exposed skin if you will be outdoors for extended periods of time.

* WHAT...Bitter cold wind chills. Wind chills 20 to 35 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, southwest and west central Wisconsin, northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
