Snow Emergency in Mt. Kisco Overnight- No Parking on Public Roads
Edward W. Brancati, Village Manager of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, pursuant to Section 101-8 of the Code of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco does hereby declare that a snow emergency exists and by reason of a snow storm does hereby establish the following parking and traffic rules and regulations and suspends promulgated rules and regulations insofar as they are inconsistent herewith:
No parking on any street or roadway from 11:00 PM on Sunday, March 3rd, 2019 to Monday, March 4th, 2019 at 6:00 AM. VIOLATORS WILL BE TICKETED OR TOWED.
No person shall throw or deposit snow upon any plowed portion of any street or roadway. Homeowners are responsible for the actions of private contractors in their employ. This regulation shall not be inconsistent with Section 1219 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
FREE Parking is available in all municipal parking lots during the snow alert advisory event.

East Hyatt Parking Lot (corner of Main and E. Hyatt)
Fox Senior Center, 198 Carpenter Avenue (Behind Mt. Kisco Housing Authority)
Leonard Park near the basketball courts
ALL vehicles must be removed from all lots by 8:00 AM on Monday, March 4th, 2019
to facilitate the safe removal of snow from these parking areas.
This declaration shall remain in effect unless revoked. Please be advised that if the storm track changes this snow alert may be adjusted. For additional information and updates please call 241-SNOW or go to our web site www.mountkiscony.gov.
