* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills of 15 below to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Vermilion County
* WHEN...Wind chills colder than 10 below zero will occur around midnight, with the coldest values late tonight and early Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
