Quite cold temperatures combined with winds of 10 to 15 mph will create wind chill readings of 20 to 35 below zero across the entire area through Monday morning. The coldest values will be found tonight into Monday morning. Wind chill values this low can cause frostbite to exposed skin in 30 minutes or less. If possible, try to limit your exposure to the cold weather. Be sure to wear several layers of clothing and cover all exposed skin if you will be outdoors for extended periods of time.
