Two Brutal Murder Suspects From Savannah Captured Today By SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite Fugitive Squad

Two brutal murder suspects learned the hard way today that entering Clayton County as fugitives is the equivalent of insects flying into a spiderweb for the last time.  As they attempted to hide in a County where the crime rate continues to decline, the two cousins did not realize they were in the Sheriff’s web until members of his elite Fugitive Squad and U.S. Marshals surrounded them at a location in Riverdale.   The two cousins wisely surrendered without a fight.

On Thursday, February 21, 2019 just after 4am, Deandra Mims and his cousin Ceirra Mimms went to the 100 block of Burnt Tree Drive looking for Quaniqwa Lee. The adult Ms. Lee was not at the residence when both Mims subjects shot into the residence striking a 10 year old girl.  The girl suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Both of the Mims cousins tracked down Ms. Quaniqwa Lee on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Sam’s Super Store located in Pooler, Ga.   Quaniqwa Lee was shot in the head twice while sitting in a car in the parking lot and died from her injuries.

Both Mims cousins departed the scene of the crime and have been avoiding capture since, until they came to Clayton County.  Both will be shipped back to answer for their crimes. But for now, both cousins are facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now known to all as the “Hill-ton”.
