                Deputy Jordon Frisbee of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Adrian Marc Fernandez, 43, address listed as homeless, with possession of methamphetamine, possession with into to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
                At 12:46 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, Frisbee was patrolling Deer Park Road, when he stopped a Dodge Intrepid for traffic violations. Fernandez was driving.
                Further investigation revealed that the car was stolen from Missouri. Searches of Fernandez and the vehicle turned up 4 grams of methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia.
