Mendocino County Shelter Open 
Mendocino County has opened two shelters for residents affected by the Russian River and Navarro River Flooding. One location will be the Veterans's Memorial Building in Ukiah at 293 Seminary Avenue; the other shelter location will be the Mendocino County Office of Education in Talmage at 2240 Old River Road. The shelters are now currently open.
