Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County Navarro River at Navarro affecting Mendocino County Eel River at Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County Periods of moderate to heavy rain is expected today, heaviest in Mendocino County. This will result in rapid rises on many main stem rivers. Rain will decrease in intensity tonight with only very light showers expected on Wednesday.
