* WINDS...Northwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FREDERICK ... NORTHERN FAUQUIER ... WESTERN LOUDOUN ... JEFFERSON ... CLARKE
