* TIMING...A surge of winds late Sunday afternoon and early Sunday evening may result in gusts up to 45 mph. Otherwise, the strongest winds will affect the area late Sunday night through Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
