The Opequon Creek near Martinsburg, affecting Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* River Flood Watch for The Opequon Creek near Martinsburg.

* From Sunday afternoon until Monday morning.

* At 03 AM Saturday, the stage was 6.0 feet.

* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is possible.

* Flood stage may be reached by late tomorrow afternoon. Preparations for flooding should be taken by this time.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV ... JEFFERSON, WV
