GRANT COUNTY, Wash. (22FEB2019) – Grant Coroner Craig Morrison this afternoon identified 21-year-old Samantha Harbeck of Ephrata as the person who died in an early Thursday morning house fire near Soap Lake.
Morrison lists her cause of death as smoke inhalation, and the manner of death as accidental.
Investigators continue to pinpoint the cause of the fire.
