Precipitation is expected to transition from rain to all snow through the day Sunday, along with increasingly strong winds gusting between 40-50 mph. Total snow accumulation Sunday through Sunday night of 1 to 3 inches is expected. Blowing and drifting snow may lead to reduced visibility and potentially dangerous travel.
