Winter Storm Watch until 01:00AM Monday

* WHAT...A wintry mix of snow and freezing rain is expected to begin Saturday afternoon before transitioning to all rain Saturday evening through Saturday night. Ice accumulation of up to a tenth of an inch is possible. Precipitation is expected to transition from rain to all snow through the day Sunday, along with increasingly strong winds gusting between 40-50 mph. Total snow accumulation Sunday through Sunday night of 1 to 3 inches is expected. Blowing and drifting snow may lead to reduced visibility and potentially dangerous travel.

* WHERE...Portions of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through late Sunday night.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph could cause areas of blowing and drifting snow as well as isolated power outages.
