The Sachse Police Department wants to remind our citizens of our volunteer program. Citizens who wish to volunteer with the department will be able to serve in a variety of roles within Patrol, Fleet Management, Investigations, Records or Communications. Through the application process, prospective volunteers will be matched to duties with which they have interest. We believe in partnering with our community and transparency of your police department. Volunteers will be an integral part of the department and will be able to make meaningful contributions to the operation of the organization.

To be eligible for the program, you must be 21 years old, live or work in the City of Sachse, be of good character, and be able to donate a small amount of your time to assisting with various activities within the department and in the community.
