Passenger had 13 grams of methamphetamine 
Deputy Jordon Frisbee of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Ronnie Michael Sealey, 40, address listed as Earl Lee Road in Nebo, with possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine.
At 12:44 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15, Frisbee stopped a Ford Explorer with an expired tag on South Creek Road.
Sealey was the passenger in the Explorer. A search of his person turned up 13 grams of methamphetamine.
