                Deputy Steven McPeters of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Barry Lee Sanders Jr., 35, address listed as U.S. 70 East in Nebo, with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle to keep a controlled substance.
                On the afternoon of Saturday, Jan. 12, McPeters assisted N.C. Highway Patrol troopers with a traffic stop at Harmony Grove and Earl Lee roads.
                Authorities searched the Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Sanders and located 80.5 grams of marijuana.
