Union City Police are looking for Manuel Galindez, a 72 year old male who was last seen leaving his residence on Starling Dr. in Union City at 7:10 A.M. Mr. Galindez was wearing a brown jacket and khaki pants when he left. Mr. Galindez is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 175lbs. Mr. Galindez has Gray/Balding hair and brown eyes.
Mr. Galindez suffers from mental disabilities and also has medical concerns. He has been known to leave his residence without notifying his family.
