* Maximum forecast stage of 25.8 feet on Friday February 15.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* At 26.0 feet...Flooding is occurring on the south side of dyersburg. Water is flowing over old highway 51 in south dyersburg
* AFFECTED AREAS: DYER, TN
