Due to unforeseen complications DPS workers are still conducting repairs on a broken water valve located on East End Ave.  At a minimum, the users listed below will be without water until the repairs are completed.  REPAIRS WILL BE COMPLETED TODAY, FEBRUARY 14.  Road closures will remain in effect until completion of repairs.
